FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: solution containing 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin, an iron (II) salt and an alkali is mixed with aqueous sodium hypophosphite solution in molar ratio of iron (II) salt, NaH2PO2 and 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin of 100:100:1, respectively. The mixture is then stirred at room temperature, the precipitate is separated and the solution is vacuum dried.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain adducts with high water solubility, very low content of iron oxide and are sensitive to minor temperature changes in a physiologically relevant interval, in which spontaneous collapse of nanoparticles is possible, as well as the release of medicinal agents into the biological environment without forming insoluble compounds.
