SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preparing a solution for injections used in treating oncological diseases by magnetic hyperthermia and a method for preparing it. Essence of the invention is that the pharmaceutical composition for preparing the injection solution when used in treating magnetic hyperthermia is a lyophilisate of a solution of magnetic nanoparticles of cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) with size of not more than 20 nm, coated with sorbitol molecules, with following ratio of components, wt. %: cobalt ferrite 70–75, sorbitol 25–30.

EFFECT: technical result: enabling re-dissolution of the declared pharmaceutical composition and repeated drying with preservation of its stability and pharmacological properties, longer storage life of the solution prepared from the declared pharmaceutical composition.
