SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, namely a local composition forming a lipid layer on a biological surface, containing a volatile silicone oil that has a boiling point of more than 180°C, in an amount of 40 wt % or more, a polar lipid representing a phospholipid in an amount of 10 to 30 wt %, C2-C4 aliphatic alcohol in an amount of 16 wt % or more, a pharmacologically or cosmetically active agent or protective agent, as well as to a carrier composition that is free from the pharmacologically or cosmetically active agent or protective agent, a method for forming a stable layer of the polar lipid on a biological surface, and using the above composition.
EFFECT: group of invention provides better stability of the local composition forming the lipid layer.
