SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry and represents a sprayed local pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition containing a pharmaceutical or cosmetic carrier, containing 3–60 wt. %. phospholipid, 20–90 wt. % C₂-C₄ alcohol, 0.05–15 wt. % keratolytic agent up to 2 wt. %. water, and a pharmacologically or cosmetically active agent dissolved in said carrier.

EFFECT: invention provides a more rapid onset of action of the active agent, resulting from improved penetration into the skin, high solubility of the active substances in a wide range of polarity.
