SUBSTANCE: product for treating of tumor cachexia, which is a dry extract of the leaves and blossoms of gratiola officinalis obtained by pulverizing them alcohol extraction of 96% in a water bath to boiling and evaporation, dilution of the evaporated residue first with distilled water and then adding chloroform, cooled to room temperature and centrifugation, followed by separating an aqueous fraction and drying it under certain conditions.

EFFECT: exemplified agent is effective for the prophylaxis and treatment of tumoral cachexia.
