Ground-based system for receiving and processing of specific and coordinate information has a radio receiver with receiving antenna, matched filter, noise-immune code decoder, stabilization unit and image display unit for specific and coordinate information, unit for activation of disposable consumable carrier, sensor of global navigation system, connected in a certain manner.
