FIELD: CCTV systems.
SUBSTANCE: system for horizon targeting and surveillance comprises parachute, a triggered disposable consumable carrier, ground complex for receiving and processing specific and coordinate information. Started disposable consumable carrier comprises a surveillance camera, analogue-to-digital converter, onboard formatting device, sensor of global navigation system, data compression unit, noise-immune coder, spectrum spreading unit and cryptographic protection, phase modulator, transmitter, sensor of inertial navigation system, three-axis magnetic sensor, connected in a certain manner. Ground-based system for receiving and processing of specific and coordinate information has a radio receiver with receiving antenna, matched filter, noise-immune code decoder, stabilization unit and image display unit for specific and coordinate information, unit for activation of disposable consumable carrier, sensor of global navigation system, connected in a certain manner.
EFFECT: reliable transmission of target designation data and specific or coordinate information.
