SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons and military equipment, and more specifically to auxiliary means of conducting reconnaissance of the area and combat, adjustment and target designation, monitoring and objective control. As a carrier of target designation equipment, an aircraft is used, the flight of which is based on the Coanda effect. The use of the device for target designation is based on the calculation of the coordinates, direction and range to the sighted target relative to the direction to a landmark with known coordinates, the direction and coordinates of which are set before the flight in the autopilot memory of the onboard navigation module (ONM) and do not change during the entire flight. The constant keeping of this direction is carried out by the ONM autopilot, which, together with the use of data from a sensor that reads the position of the onboard controlled video/photo camera, the photographing center of which is aimed at the target with simultaneous short-term illumination by a laser beam while photographing the point and moment of the current position of the flying platform above the flight surface.
