FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to traumatology and orthopedics. Periacetabular pelvic osteotomy is performed with formation of osteochondral acetabular roof and introduction into defect of autograft. Formed osteochondral flap is fixed with a screw, which is carried out through wing of ilium, autograft and osteotomy-cortical layer of superacetabular area. During bending of osteochondral flap in anterior-external portions of cotyloid cavity screw is vertically inside out. During bending of osteochondral flap in a posterior portion of cotyloid cavity screw is backwards and inside out.
EFFECT: method provides stable fixation osteochondral flap, prevents loss of ensured correction in hip joint and reduces amount of bone tissue for autoplasty.
