FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out femur head descending after performing arthroscopic healing of the hip joint and closed setting of the head with detorsion osteotomy of proximal femur region. Iliolumbar muscle tendon is separated from the lesser trochanter. Iliac bone osteoclasis is carried out in supra-acetabular zone with displacement of its distal fragment. Diastasis is replaced with bone transplant. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of closed setting and extra-articulation femur and pelvic bone correction.
