SUBSTANCE: invention relates to video encoding and decoding video data. Disclosed is method of encoding video data. Method includes step of encoding at least one block of video data frame using intra-frame prediction with respect to first frame of other unit of video data. Also, as per method, encoding selection of one or more second other frame units of pulse-code modulation with quantisation according to bit depth at outlet.
EFFECT: high efficiency of encoding or decoding video owing to encoding or decoding of samples data units, using pulse-code modulation with quantisation.
