FIELD: cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology, namely to cell therapy of cosmetic skin defects. Method of treating cosmetological skin defects involves intradermal administration by injection of a suspension of autologous mesenchymal stromal cells recovered from patient’s adipose tissue, which biopsy material is taken from the lumbar region of the patient, destructed enzymatically, the cells are purified by filtration on calibrated sieves and centrifugation, inoculated into culture flasks, wherein the number of cells introduced to the patient at one time varies from 25*106 to 60*106, and intradermal administration is performed by linear retrograde injection at angle of 15° to the skin surface, perform from one to three rounds of injections with two-week intervals between injections, wherein facial skin regeneration is ensured by multiple injections over the entire facial surface, and scar correction is performed by targeted injections around the entire scar into subdermal layers of subcutaneous fat.

EFFECT: invention provides more effective correction of cosmetic skin defects, reduced injuries and duration of the procedure, reduced frequency of negative reactions.
