FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming. Prior to moulding, the billet is welded in three lines from the sheets of one-grade material and of different depth. Note here that the most strained section is composed of the sheet with strength, ductility, fatigue strength and impact loads higher than those of sheets used at less strained sections.
EFFECT: higher strength and stiffness of the part definite sections with allowance for it function in the article assembly.
