FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: sheet is made from steel of the following composition, wt %: 0.10 ≤ C ≤ 0.5, 0.5 ≤ Mn ≤ 3, 0.1 ≤ Si ≤ 1, 0.01 ≤ Cr ≤ 1, Ti ≤ 0.2, Al ≤ 0.1, S ≤ 0.05, P ≤ 0.1, 0.0005 ≤ B ≤ 0.010, the rest is iron and impurities inevitable at smelting, and consisting of steel substrate and pre-coating. Pre-coating is formed with layer of intermetallic alloy contacting with the above substrate, and layer of metallic alloy located on intermetallic layer. At least on one peripheral sheet side containing pre-coating there is zone not containing metallic alloy layer. In order to obtain welded sheet bar, butt welding at least of two sheets is performed; at that, welded joint is made along the edge adjacent to the zone free from metallic alloy layer. Sheet bar is subject to heat treatment and deformation so that the part is obtained.
EFFECT: high mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
