FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in production of impellers and guide vanes of stages of submersible multi-stage centrifugal pumps for oil production. Manufacturing method includes feeding aluminium under surface of melt at a temperature of 1,410-1,480 °C, subsequent heating to spill temperatures and modifying in said time interval alloy by adding ligatures to obtain following composition, wt%: carbon - 3.2-3.9, silicon - 0.2-1.0, manganese - 0.5-0.8, chromium - 0.1-0.5, copper - 0.8-1.5, aluminium - 1.7-4.0, phosphorus - not more than 0.2, sulphur - not more than 0.02, iron - balance. Method also includes pouring of melt in mould, casting knockout and cutting of ingate casts, heat treatment of castings with heating to temperature of 550-600 °C with subsequent cooling in air, mechanical treatment of casts of impeller and guide vanes, including treatment axial and radial friction pairs with provision of accuracy and roughness, required for friction surfaces of sliding bearings, low temperature nitriding surfaces of manufactured parts at temperature not more than 600 °C at a depth of 30-500 mcm.

EFFECT: higher reliability, service life of pump, lower costs and increased overhaul period.
