FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of submersible electric centrifugal pumps for oil production. Method for fabrication of impeller and guide apparatus of submerged multistage centrifugal pump comprises feeding aluminium under melt surface at a temperature of 1,410-1,480°C. Further, method includes heating to flow temperature and modification in said time interval of alloy by adding alloy to produce following composition, wt%: carbon - 3.2-3.9; silicon - 0.2-1.0; manganese - 0.5-0.8; chromium - 0.1-0.5; copper - 0.8-1.5; aluminium - 1.7-4.0; titanium - 0.0-0.3; phosphorus - not more than 0.2; sulphur - not more than 0.02; iron - balance. Melt is poured into mould, casting knockout and cutting of ingate casts, heat treatment of castings with heating to temperature of 550-600°C with subsequent cooling in air, machining of casting wheel and apparatus, including treatment of friction pairs with provision of accuracy and roughness, required for friction surfaces of sliding bearings, low-temperature nitriding surfaces of manufactured parts at temperature not higher than 600°C at a depth of 30-500 mcm and more.
EFFECT: higher reliability, durability and overhaul period of pump.
