FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machine building and can be used in submersible multi-stage centrifugal pumps for oil production. Pump includes a housing, a shaft and a stage consisting of an impeller and guide vanes, made of cast iron with following composition, wt%: carbon - 3.2-3.9, silicon - 0.2-1.0, manganese - 0.5-0,8, chromium - 0.1-0.5, copper - 0.8-1.5, aluminium - 1.7-4.0, titanium - not more than 0.3, phosphorus - not more than 0 2, sulphur - not more than 0.02, iron - balance. Surfaces of impeller and guide vanes comprise nitrided low-temperature nitride layer. Wheels are mounted on shaft by means of hubs rotatably and contain lower axial bearing wheel with supporting surface, and an upper blade support with an axial abutment surface. Guide devices are installed in housing by means of a cylindrical cage, shoulder contain a reference to supporting surface, a cylindrical cage, scapula, lower bearing surface. Supporting surface of lower axial bearing and wheel collar reference guide vanes include carbide coatings, which they are in contact with each other, forming a friction pair.
EFFECT: invention is directed at enhancing wear resistance and corrosion resistance of pump.
