FIELD: safety systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic surveillance, which is television-computer system by television camera with all-round view in a region closer to hemisphere, i.e. in solid angle of 360 degrees on azimuth and tens of degrees on elevation angle. Result is achieved by optimising photodetectors by using target crystal in form of ring and with arrangement in television camera of "circular" image raster.
EFFECT: technical result consists in preservation for operator viewing angle at place of all-round view.
