SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic video surveillance, which is performed by the computer system using two photodetectors, having the shape of target in the form of a circular ring, in the space spherical region, occupying two opposed placed ball layers. Result is achieved by means of additional surveillance in real time of the ball layer, located in opposite direction relative to the main (initial) ball layer, at that, television surveillance in real time for each of said ball layers is performed in a spatial angle of 360 degrees on the azimuth and tens of degrees on the elevation angle.
EFFECT: technical result is increasing area of spatial spherical region, monitored by a television camera.
