SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic video surveillance, which is carried out by a computer system by means of sensor of two "circular" photodetectors, in different ball layers surrounding spherical area. Result is achieved by that device includes a second panoramic lens, second photodetector, control inputs of which are combined with control inputs of first photodetector, as well as third panoramic lens, first optical gate arranged between second panoramic lens and first "circular" target of second photodetector, optically interconnected third panoramic lens, second optical gate and second "circular" target of second photodetector, realised on side of its substrate, second signal processor. That provides monitoring in real time in addition to one ball layer in two other ball layers.
EFFECT: technical result is increasing area of spatial spherical region, monitored by a television camera.
