SWITCHING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC H01H21/00

Abstract RU 2579008 C1

FIELD: electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to switching equipment, and can be used in low-voltage electrical equipment. In initial condition control lever (7) is pressed, for example, to stop (2), contact (4) is open, and contact (5) is closed to movable contact-membrane (8). Required contact pressure and pressure force of the handle to stop is created by elastic force of membrane (8), which is partially deformed. For switching contacts transferred handle (7) in direction of stop (3), increasing deformation of membrane, and as soon as latter turns of unstable balance position, it will jump in other extreme position. At that, membrane (8) will press against static contact (4) and due to accumulated energy of elastic deformation will bring and press handle (7) to stop (3). As a result contact (5) is open, and contact (4) is closed.

EFFECT: simplified design and enlarging functional capabilities.
