WELL COMPLETION METHOD, EXPOSING PRODUCTIVE FORMATION LOCATED NEAR WATER-SATURATED FORMATION Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC E21B43/27

Abstract RU 2579069 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: according to procedure payout bed, located near the saturated bed-closer 4 m from the water-saturated formation. In the well of tubing string with starting clutches and with a funnel at its end. Funnel is placed in the range of the production string shoe. Flexible flush-joint pipe is lowered with a jet nozzle at the end inside the tubing string. Jet nozzle is introduced in the horizontal well uncased and placed at the bottom hole. At open tube valve at the wellhead the acid solution is pumped with creation of flow rate, providing the effect of "cutting" rock. When pumping of acid solution with creation of flow rate, providing the effect of "cutting" rock, volume of the acid solution is selected equal to volume of the annular space of the well. After pumping the above volume of the acid solution is fed into the vessel at the wellhead. Acid is settled and separated from oil and is again supplied into the well. After repeated pumping said volume is recycled. Flexible flush-joint pipe is lifted from the well. Inert gas is pumped through annular space with extraction of liquid via the tubing string. Development of well is performed with extraction of liquid via the tubing string. Lifting speed is measured level of liquid in the well. Well is filled with killing fluid. String is lifted from the well of tubing string with starting clutches and funnel at its end. Downhole pumping equipment is lowered and the well in operation.

EFFECT: reduced water cut of extracted products.
