SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to evaluate the injection of local anesthetic dental pulp. Graphical registration of pulsing flow of blood through the vascular system of the dental pulp is performed during the measurement of its complex electrical resistance - impedance. Tooth crown surface electrode is positioned on the test teeth. Jaw electrode is positioned on the alveolar mucosa of the mandible. Record at least three cycles of reodentogram located on the same contours and of equal amplitude. Using them determine level baseline impedance. Then perform a local anesthetic injection. Newly recorded at least three cycles of reodentogram every 5 minutes for 30 minutes. Time of onset of anesthesia is determined by increasing the impedance level reodentogram 1.4 times or more compared with the original value of the impedance. Depth of anesthesia is determined by the period during which the impedance value corresponding to the time of onset of anesthesia, remains unchanged.

EFFECT: method provides increased reliability and accuracy of the estimate of the local anesthetic injection pulp, the absence of pain in the study by conducting reodentography and measure time and impedance.
