FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and apparatus for decontamination of water and external surfaces and internal cavities of the various equipment. Technical result is achieved by way of removing dirt or moisture from the workpiece, which comprises placing a workpiece in the chamber with subsequent evacuation of the locking device opening through the pipeline connecting it to a vacuum pump. Thus before evacuating the chamber with a workpiece carried vacuum booster chamber from which air is evacuated in advance in order to maintain a residual pressure of less than 10-1 mmHg. and which is connected with the chamber with the workpiece conduit. Then when you open the locking device is pumping air from the chamber to the work piece in a booster chamber with speed V, which is determined from the relationship: V=Q/F·t=K·Δmed., Where Q - total number of dirt or moisture, F - the amount of pollution or moisture per unit area, t - pumping time, K - coefficient of mass transfer, Δmed. - average driving force of the process, which is determined by the pressure difference of the medium at the surface of the part and the partial pressure of the medium in the chamber. Moreover, the process is repeated until the desired degree of purification.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase productivity and quality of the cleaning and drying process, simplification of the apparatus and reducing the cleaning time.
