SUBSTANCE: artificial earth satellite (AES) includes power housing in form of ring with elongation and front part in form of a funnel with annular mechanical damper with shot or shots, with ailerons, aerodynamic stabiliser ring in form of film with metallised sleeve outer surface with elongation, above fuselage fairings and circular stiffness ribs with perforated diaphragm, straps, ropes, additional ring stabilisers with diaphragms, reactive power plant with multi-nozzle units and working body in form of cold gas.

EFFECT: invention can be used in artificial earth satellites (AES).
