FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and represents method of encapsulating preparation via a non-solvent addition differing by fact that cores of nano capsules is L-arginine or norvaline, envelope is sodium alginate at ratio shell:nucleus 3:1 or 1:5. At that, L-arginine or norvaline slowly added in portions to sodium alginate suspension in butanol in presence of preparation E472c as surfactant, with mixing 1,000 rpm; then hexane is added and obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: invention provides simplifying and accelerating process of producing nano capsules and increases mass output.
