FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely to a process for production of resveratrol nanocapsules in konjac gum, with konjac gum used as the nanocapsules coating and resveratrol used as the core at a coating:core ratio of 3:1 and 1:5. The method includes slowl addition of resveratrol to the kojac gum suspension in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant with stirring at 1000 rpm, then petroleum ether is added, after which the resulting suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: simplified and accelerated process of nanoencapsulation, reducing accompanying loss.
