FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining the rosuvastatine nanocapsules is carried out as follows. Rosuvastatine is slowly added to the suspension of sodium alginate in hexane in the presence of 0.005 g of E472s drug, with stirring at 1000 rpm/sec. Then 3 ml of butyl chloride are poured. The resulting suspension is filtered and dried at the room temperature. The ratio of rosuvastatine: sodium alginate is 1:3 or 5:1.
EFFECT: method as per the invention provides the simplification and acceleration of the nanocapsules obtaining process and the yield increase by weight.
