FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, specifically to auto-injectors for dosing liquid drug. Auto-injector comprises a tubular frame, telescopically displacing in tubular case, subassembly carrier containing tubular carrier, arranged to slide relative to frame inside housing, carrier is configured to contain a syringe with a hollow injection needle, drive spring and piston for load transfer drive spring on syringe limiter, syringe is designed to lock for joint axial translation with carrier, start button distal or laterally in or on body, adjusting spring installed around carrier, needle length adjustment mechanism for connection of proximal end of adjusting spring or with a carrier for its extension in order to extend needle or needle retraction frame back, depending on relative axial position of carrier and frame, a mechanism for unlocking plunger made with possibility of unlocking plunger for injection when carrier at least almost has reached an extended proximal position locking mechanism, made with possibility of connection of frame with a joined axial translational movement relative to housing; wherein clamping mechanism is made with possibility of disconnection of frame from carrier when actuating start-up button, which allows a move relative to frame so as to make needle length adjustment mechanism to switch a proximal end of adjusting spring on a support for needle retraction syringe retraction control mechanism, backward, made with possibility of connection of distal end of adjusting spring or with a needle retraction backward, or to housing.
EFFECT: introduction of a dose of liquid medicine.
