FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrolytic methods for coating removal. The method includes preparation of a tank with electrolyte and electrode connected to one pole of the power supply unit and this pole contacts with electrolyte, submerging one or several parts to electrolyte, application of voltage between the processed part and electrode, at that within the first time interval EI1 the first voltage U1 is applied, within the next time interval EI2 the second higher voltage U2 is applied as compared with U1, and the above voltage does not lead to occurrence of openings in the substrate, moreover applied voltage U1 leads to occurrence of openings in the coating, not in the substrate, and at that U2 is selected so high that if U2 was applied before U1, then U2 would lead to occurrence of openings in the substrate.
EFFECT: decreased time for removal of coatings without damage to a part.
