FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrolytic-plasma removal of protective aluminide coatings based on nickel and/or cobalt from surfaces of blades of turbomachines from alloyed steels and heat-resistant alloys and can be used in aircraft and power turbine construction during repair of blades and other parts of turbines. Method includes blade treatment in aqueous solution electrolyte with supply of electric potential to it, wherein aqueous solution electrolyte contains, wt%: ammonium sulphate 4.0–10.0, ammonium citrate single-, double-, trisubstituted or their mixture 0.5–1.1.

EFFECT: invention increases quality and reliability removal of aluminide coating with simultaneous polishing of treated blades surface from alloyed steels and heat-resistant alloys.
