FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves the action of an electrolyte on a part using an electric current at a temperature of 30-40°C. The part is connected to the positive pole of a constant current source and an electrolyte prepared by dissolving perchloric acid 60-90 g, ethanol 540-590 g, butyl glycol 80-120 g in distilled water 100-140 g, and the processing of the part in the electrolyte is carried out at a voltage of 15-20 V for 3-5 minutes.
EFFECT: reduced processing time, surface roughness and hardness of the product.
