FIELD: transportation; safety systems.

SUBSTANCE: electronic module for shutoff-sealing device has socket for disposable lock device with flexible covering element in form of rope with through channels module housing for passage of cable locking device in head and tail sections. In housing there is electronic unit and components ensuring performance of control functions, control cable, closing and opening position and motion parameters determination module, reception, processing and transmitting information. Electronic module is configured to generate electromagnetic signal recorded by external receiving device. Electronic unit with components, providing for performance of control functions, control circuit, determining position and motion parameters, reception, processing, storage and transmission control device of closing and opening of rope is made in form of generator of pulse signals and in-series connected detector, threshold device in form of analogue-to-digital converter, actuator and microprocessor, pulse signal generator and detector are connected with interconnected coils on ring ferrite cores. According to first version of unit inductance coil are installed in through channels made in head and tail parts of housing, and at second version, in one of through channels with gap relative to each other.

EFFECT: invention can be used for locking and sealing doors, containers, hatches cisterns wheels hopper cars and higher reliability due to transfer information on opening of sealing device in real time.
