SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to sealing of cargoes and can be used for locking and sealing doors of freight containers and vans. Electronic module for the shut-and-seal device comprises a socket for a disposable rod locking device with through channels in the module housing to pass the cable of the shut-off device in the head and tail parts. In the housing there is an electronic unit and components providing the functions of control, control of closing and opening of the rod, determining location and parameters of module movement, receiving, processing, storage and transmission of information, made with possibility to generate electromagnetic signal registered by external receiving device. Electronic unit with components providing control functions, monitoring of closing, location and movement parameters, reception, processing, storage and transmission of information, device for control of closing and opening of the rod is made in the form of a generator of pulsed acoustic signals and series-connected to each other an acoustic signal detector, a threshold device in the form of an analogue-to-digital converter, an actuating device and a microprocessor, wherein the pulse acoustic signal generator and the acoustic signal detector are connected to the emitter and the receiver on the polarized ceramic and are installed in the through channels made in the head and tail parts of the housing.

EFFECT: inventions are directed higher reliability of filling by transmitting information on opening of a filling device in real time.
