SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to sealing of cargoes and can be used for locking and sealing of doors, containers, hatches of cisterns, steering wheels of hopper cars. Electronic module of cable shut-and-seal device comprises a socket for a disposable lock device with a flexible covering element in the form of a cable, with through channels in the module housing for passage of the cable of the locking device in the head and tail parts. In housing there is electronic unit and components ensuring performance of control functions, control cable, closing and opening position and motion parameters determination module, reception, processing and transmitting information. Electronic module is configured to generate electromagnetic signal recorded by external receiving device. In the electronic unit with components providing the functions of control, monitoring of closure, determination of location and parameters of movement, reception, processing, storage and transmission of information, cable closing and opening monitoring device is made in the form of pulsed acoustic signals generator and in-series connected to each other acoustic signal detector, threshold device in the form of analogue-to-digital converter, actuator and microprocessor, wherein the pulse acoustic signal generator and the acoustic signal detector are connected to the emitter and the receiver on the polarized ceramic and are installed in the through channels made in the head and tail parts of the housing.

EFFECT: inventions are directed higher reliability of filling by transmitting information on opening of a filling device in real time.
