FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical engineering, in particular to neurosurgery and trauma, and can be used to replace missing bone portion in skull and tibia with defects caused by traffic accidents, gunshot, knife wounds, purulent processes, in particular osteomyelitis and medical diagnostic craniotomy. Implant for replacing bone insulation defects formed as a grid and panels, characterised in that it is made of titanium, same panels are made in form of symmetric hollow hexagonal container with rounded edges 2-3 mm, cavity of each container is entirely filled with foam and sealed closed containers with their bottoms attached to one side of grid at a distance of 2 mm from each other with possibility of removal therefrom.
EFFECT: invention provides cooling and heating of skin over implant site of brain without changing temperature without overheating and supercooling, and without a spasm of blood vessels of paralysis, cold without inflammation and pain in brain.
