FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises two vertically oriented and connected rods cheeks, forming an enclosure. Between the cheeks are arranged drums are made in the shape of the cell, rolls of drums mounted in the cheeks. Apparatus has means for feeding the test strips in the forming zone situated between these means and forms a wedge-shaped nozzle feeding drums into a zone forming a filling. At the ends of each drum shell an annular groove, and in each cheek holds a stepped bore, the step of which is located in the groove of the drum with the possibility of sliding. Between each wedge surface and the surface of the nozzle adjacent the drum there is a gap selected within 0.3-1.0 mm, which is greater than the thickness S2 roll the rolled dough sheet. Each jaw is made of antifriction material, the width L1 of each of the working surface of the forming drum and the distance between the cheeks is selected same, between the cheeks to either side of the wedge-shaped nozzle mounted rolls, each mounted on an eccentric axis to change a gap between the roll and the forming drum. Ends of the axle are fixed on the cheeks, and each roll is located above the drum. Each jaw is formed in two releasably connected parts, which are connected with each other and are flush with the ends of the side drums smooth sliding surface.
EFFECT: invention avoids loss test at manufacturing burr dough with filling.
