SUBSTANCE: device comprises of two moulding drums, which rotate toward one another, with cells for shaping products. Each drum has two annular grooves, in which there are jaws, connected by rods and forming the body of the device with the jaws. There are moulding surfaces of the drums between the jaws. A cone-shaped nozzle is provided between the jaws and moulding drums to feed the filling. Two pressure rolls are eccentrically mounted on the sides of the nozzle, parallel to its long side. Each jaw has two semicircular cuts, which are open from below. The ends of the cuts cover the grooves of the moulding drums and are located in them to a depth within 3.0-8.0 mm with the possibility of sliding. Each cut covers the top of the drum by an amount within (0.4-0.5) d, where d is the diameter of the drum. The middle part of each jaw in the area of closure of the drum has a projection of 2a width, where "a" is the depth of the groove. The projection is made within 10-30 mm and is located below the line connecting the centers of semicircular cuts. Each semicircular cut along its edges has a sharp edge formed by a bevel at an angle α within the range of 30-60° to the line, running through the centers of the drums. The body of the device is rigidly fixed to the frame, in which the shafts of the rotary drums are installed. Reinforcing steel plates, following the outline of the jaws, are on the outer side of the jaws. There is a gap S within 0.5-2.0 mm between the surface of each drum and the end of a plate.

EFFECT: use of the invention will simplify the design of devices and increase its productivity.
