FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Method of making items weighing 10–25 g of dough with filling is characterized by that continuously and simultaneously feeding two pre-rolled dough bands and filling of article in form of tape with width of 31–75 mm less than width of each dough ribbon into moulding area of articles, so that dough ribbons and filling before moulding are in contact with each other. Articles are moulded by rotating with their heads rotating in synchronism towards each other, on the surface of which the halves of moulding cells are arranged in a mirror manner. Then, moulded articles are pushed out of cells. During moulding, parts of dough ribbons and filling formed on drum surface outside moulding cells are forced into following moulded articles.
EFFECT: invention allows to achieve economy of raw materials used for production of products due to reduced consumption of dough - overlay dough is recycled, and filling - filling does not leave into the dough paste, at dough products moulding with a filling, which has higher weight.
