High-strength concrete is obtained from a mixture of Portland cement, sand, water and complex additive consisting of sodium water glass with a density ρ=1.45 g/cm3, value pH=12 and sol of Prussian blue with a density ρ=1.013 g/cm3, with pH=4.5-5.5, in the following ratio, wt. %: 86.00-89.50 and 10.50-14.00, respectively, in the following ratio of the raw meal by weight. %: 24.30-31.70 Portland; sand 23.60-26.00; 36.40-39.60 rubble; said additive 1.25-1.55; water 7.05-8.55.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the frost resistance of concrete.
