FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials and can be used for the manufacture of high-strength concrete products in civil and industrial construction, as well as for the manufacture of structures for special purposes. High-strength concrete, obtained from a mixture including Portland cement, sand, crushed stone, an additive and water, contains sand with a fineness modulus of 2.3; granite crushed stone with a fraction of 5-20 mm, a complex additive represented by an aqueous solution with a density of ρ=1.035 g/cm3 and a pH value of pH=6.0, consisting of a polycarboxylate polymer represented by a copolymer of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid ethyl ester; silicic acid sol with a density of ρ=1.023 g/cm3 and a pH value of pH=4.0, potassium formate, KHCO2, and water, in the following ratio of components, wt. %: polycarboxylate polymer represented by a copolymer of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid ethyl ester 22.0-25.0; silicic acid sol with density ρ=1.023 g/cm3 and pH value pH=4.0 5.0-6.0; potassium formate, KHCO2, 6.0-7.0; water 64.0-65.0, additionally contains finely dispersed metallurgical slag with specific surface Ssp.=400 m2/kg in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Portland cement 15.46-18.00; said slag 2.25-2.42; specified sand 33.20-34.00; specified crushed stone 40.4-41.6; the specified complex additive 0.15-0.16; water 6.0-6.36.
EFFECT: increase in tensile strength in bending and decrease in abrasion.
