SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used for making articles from high-strength concrete in civil and industrial construction, as well as for making special-purpose structures. High-strength concrete obtained from a mixture comprising portland cement, sand, additive and water, sand contains sand with fineness modulus of 2.6, as additive – complex additive Nanoactive-NM-21 with density ρ = 1.041 g/cm3, pH value of pH = 5.5, consisting of the following components, wt %: 20 % aqueous solution of a polycarboxylate polymer represented by a copolymer of acrylic acid and ethyl ether of methacrylic acid, with density ρ = 1.027 g/cm3, pH value of pH = 6.5 – 31.2–36.0; antifoaming agent F-67 based on silicone oil with viscosity of 67 mm2/s – 1.0–1.2; silicic acid sol with density ρ = 1.014 g/cm3, pH value of pH = 3.5 – 5.5–6.0; potassium nitrite, KNO2 – 4.5–5.6; water – 53.0–56.0, with the following ratio of components, wt %: portlandcement – 24.0–25.0; said sand – 65.35–66.00; said complex additive Nanoactive-NM-21 – 0.25–0.26; water – 9.40–9.74.

EFFECT: technical result is the creation of high-strength concrete with high compression strength, high tensile strength in bending and high frost-resistance.
