FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials and can be used for the manufacture of concrete products in civil and industrial construction, as well as in the manufacture of structures for special purposes. High-strength concrete, obtained from a mixture including Portland cement, sand, crushed stone, an additive and water, contains sand as sand with a fineness modulus of 2.3; as crushed stone - crushed stone of a fraction of 5-10 mm; as an additive contains an aqueous solution with a density of ρ=1.033 g/cm3 and a pH value of pH=6.5 based on a polycarboxylate copolymer of methacrylic acid modified with sodium gluconate, potassium formate, in the following ratio of additive components, wt.%: polycarboxylate copolymer of methacrylic acid 22.5-25.0; sodium gluconate 3.0-4.0; potassium formate 5.0-5.5; water 67.0-68.0; additionally contains finely ground blast-furnace slag with a specific surface area of 400 m2/kg and bentonite clay with a specific surface area of 500 m2/kg in the following mixture ratio, wt. %: Portland cement 17.2-19.2; specified sand 30.1-30.9; specified crushed stone 40.1-40.81; specified additive 0.18-0.19; said slag 2.92-3.0; said bentonite clay 0.4-0.5; water 7.1-7.4.
EFFECT: increasing the mobility of the concrete mixture, increasing the tensile strength in bending and frost resistance of high-strength concrete.
