SUBSTANCE: method involves pulse electric effect on intruder's body when he contacts electric-charge object by means of charging human body capacitance with high-voltage pulses using single-wire circuit. Said high-voltage pulses have at least two sign-alternating half-waves. Said effects takes place in absence of direct contact of intruder with ground and/or grounded current-conducting elements. Corresponding device has primary power supply (line), which is connected to high-voltage transformer which has abrupt external response and is connected to charged non-grounded current-conducting elements of object (metal or metal- coated ones). Said elements should be inevitably contacted by intruder when he enters object. In addition device has electronic time-setting unit and controlled gate.
