SUBSTANCE: device for decoding of moving images comprises a module of decoding of alternate length; a module of reverse quantization; a module of forecast image generation; and a module of images summation, at the same time the decoding module of alternate length decodes information with alternate length from the bit stream, and when information indicates, that the process of internal forecasting of the colour-difference signal is performed for the target unit using the parameter of internal forecasting, which is the same as the one used for the brightness signal, the module for generation of forecast images performs the process of internal forecasting of the colour-difference signal for the target block using the same parameter of internal forecasting as is used for the brightness signal, in order to generate the image of forecasting of the colour-difference signal.

EFFECT: reduced volume of code related to the mode of internal forecasting without reduction in forecasting efficiency.
