FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to obstetrics and gynaecology. Introduction of Mifepristone 200 mcg. At that, in 24 hours after administration of Mifepristone intracervical administration of laminaria to patient is performed. In 24 hours after introduction of Laminaria cervical maturity is estimated by Bishop and amniotomy is performed. Then, in accordance with results of evaluation of cervical maturity, patient is administered with misoprostol 200 mcg or 400 mcg under control of doctor. At that, misoprostol in dose 200 mcg is prescribed in case of cervical maturity evaluation by Bishop 7 points and more, and in dose of 400 mcg misoprostol is prescribed in case of cervical maturity evaluation from 4 to 6 points.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce time of induced miscarriage, minimising risk of complications, shortening rehabilitation period in comparison with common schemes.
