SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to immunology, and can be used for producing Streptococcus pneumoniae vaccine. A preparation of the Streptococcus pneumoniae vaccine contains a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, first polypeptide being at least 90% identical to an amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 9 or SEQ ID NO: 21, or immunogenic fragment of the above sequence, and a second polypeptide being at least 90% identical to an amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 10 or SEQ ID NO: 20 or immunogenic fragment of the above sequence. The group of inventions also refers to versions of the declared preparation of the vaccine and using it.

EFFECT: present invention enables creating the preparation of Streptococcus pneumoniae vaccine based on a combination of the first polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 9 or SEQ ID NO: 21 and the second polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 10 or SEQ ID NO: 20; whereas administering the second (and following) S Pneumoniae polypeptide into the vaccine preparation homologous to the first one (SEQ ID NO: 9), causes no negative effect on activity of the first component of SEQ ID NO: 9.
