SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology. Disclosed is an isolated polypeptide which is a Hyr1 protein fragment Candida albicans, for mammal vaccination. Invention also discloses: a nucleic acid molecule encoding said polypeptide, an expression vector, a cell, a polypeptide production method, an antigen composition and a method for preparing it, as well as a method for inducing an immune response.
EFFECT: said polypeptide has immunogenic properties not only in relation to yeast Candida albicans, but also against gram-negative bacteria Acinetobacter baumannii.
