FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: furnace comprises a heat insulated volume with a high temperature zone, facilities for heating and facilities for maintenance and/or variation of temperature according to the specified program, one or several detachable tight cassettes placed into the high temperature zone for a treated material or article and facilities for independent loading and unloading of cassettes. Cassettes may be connected with various external devices: sources of material vapours, a pumping system, a system of gas supply, measurement devices, etc.
EFFECT: invention provides for the possibility to thermally treat articles in the same furnace that require different or time-shifted programs of treatment, elimination of environmental effect, reduced power inputs for thermal treatment and losses of time.
