FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of energy efficiency of cars equipped with active working body of continuous action that has ability to change load mode during execution process step. Essence of invention consists in fact that prototype machinery experimentally determined for given speed ω, incrementally changing load on actuator, which is recorded as value H, Q determine performance of machine and power N of drive motor. Then, by fitting experimental data according to method of least squares are functional depending on parameter H on performance and capacity of drive machine. On basis of established dependency determine functional dependence of energy intensity of where C - is ability of converts (quality factor) of working body, M - current value of torque on drive shaft, ΜX - time of idling transmissions. Determine limit value of energy intensity WudGR= 1.1 (1/C) and calculate required power of drive motor NGR ≥ 11MX·ω.

EFFECT: technical result - reducing energy consumption.
