SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and fat industry, specifically to devices for producing oil from vegetable raw material by pressing. Apparatus for producing oil by pressing from vegetable raw material contains installed in bin for initial raw material breakdown device and preliminary oil extraction, representing two roll arranged parallel to each other. Two-section pressing cylinder comprises two-section screw shaft. Between sections there is a milling cutter and oil pressing partition with conical holes along circumference. Squeezing vegetable raw materials with rollers to change structure and subsequent grinding and pressing mass promotes complete oil extraction from vegetable material.

EFFECT: invention ensures high degree of extraction of oily raw material and as a result increase oil yield.
